Cindy is a dedicated partner, mother, daughter, sister, friend and a seasoned executive coach, consultant, and leadership specialist with over 25 years of experience across hospitality, financial services, sports and semi-government sectors. She came to co-active as a participant in 2009 because she got stuck in her personal and professional life, and just wanted some ‘tools’. And oh my, what a great surprise, investment and journey CTI has proven to be, and still is! From FUNdamentals, Cindy got hooked, and felt compelled to learn, change, truly partner and co-create. For the past 15 years, she has focused on executive and team coaching, relationship coaching, leadership development, personal and professional growth, organizational development and (culture) change management. In 2020, her dream of becoming a front of the room leader with CTI came true.
