Summer 2013

We have a few surprise events that are unlike anything we’ve ever done before…and we have exclusive use of the entire resort during the three days of Summit – just imagine the collective energy! Bring the family because we have preferred room rates during Summit and for the three days before and after Summit, depending on availability. Book your room early if you plan to extend your stay.

Join us to experience exciting keynotes, and provocative, evocative and experiential (of course!) breakout sessions, designed to grow leadership in us. The Co-Active Summit provides an opportunity to evolve collectively – to grow the concepts of Co-Active and our collective impact on the world.

At our first Summit in 2011, we found our individual piece – the contribution that each of us makes on this precious planet that we share.

At the 2014 Summit we will explore how we bring all of our LEADERSHIP and COACHING skills together to create a better world for everyone, every day. Collectively, we will take the thinking of Co-Active in the world to the next place, moving from Me to We. Don’t wait, purchase a ticket now.

We can’t wait to see you in person soon!

Cynthia Loy Darst Keynotes ICF Mid-West

Recently CTI Senior Faculty member, Cynthia Loy Darst, sent us some great news. She was chosen as the keynote speaker for the only ICF Conference this year in North America: The ICF Midwest Regional Conference. The conference will be held in the Minneapolis, MN from June 20-22, 2013 with the theme of Breaking Boundaries: Imagine, Inspire, Impact!

Here’s what Cynthia had to say about the honor:

“I am thrilled to be the Opening Keynote Speaker for the 2013 ICF MidWest Regional Conference! This will be the first time for someone who is actually a Coach to be a Keynote.

In my 21 years of being a Co-Active Coach, I have witnessed the Coaching world explode. There is a hunger in our world for life to have meaning, for us to be conscious about our lives, and for us be at choice with how we live them.

My stand: Coaching works.”

Keynote Description from the conference catalog:
Boundaries - Which Side Are You On?

Wait a minute! Aren’t boundaries a good thing?

Absolutely. Good, clear boundaries keep us safe. They help us to grow and create; to have relationships that thrive. AND, most of us are bound by unconscious, life sucking boundaries that we don’t even remember putting into place.

Join Cynthia Loy Darst, our Opening Keynote Speaker, for an experiential and delight filled journey to explore your own boundaries: Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual. Come away with a new way to work that will open up your imagination, inspire new awareness and impact your life and your work in the world.
