Aliucha J D Ramos is a front of the room leader for CTI and a multilingual leadership & executive coach, with leadership experience as a global Marketing Executive in CPG companies such as Unilever, SC Johnson, and Coca-Cola.
She adds to her coaching and facilitator practice the credibility and the experience of being a thought leader.

As for her education, she is a CTI certified coach – CPCC and an ICF Professional Certified Coach – PCC. Certified practitioner in Emotional Intelligence EQ-I 2.0/EQ360 and an Enhanced Practitioner in Conversational Intelligence – The neuroscience of Conversations. She has a 2 years postgraduate study in Jungian Psychology with completion of master level certification, an MBA by Coppead Brazil, and a BA in Management.

Finally, she is a multicultural person who lived in Europe, North and South America, and loves to work with multicultural clients.
