I have been on the faculty for over 20 years, filling every role in the Certification Program, which has given me great appreciation for how all the parts work together to create a powerful learning experience. As a coach, I focus on supporting people and teams in challenging work relationships and bringing more presence, authenticity, joy, and mindfulness to leadership. I grew up bilingual, speaking French at home, and now have the pleasure of giving feedback on coaching in French, but am no longer fluent enough to coach in it. Through coaching people in person in South Africa, Australia, Canada, and the US, and working virtually with clients around the world, I have seen first-hand that while cultures vary in ways significant enough to affect how I coach, our basic human needs are universal.
