She is a reputed and highly regarded Executive and leadership development Coach, mentor coach and systemic and team coach. She is an advocate of “Human-centered Leadership” and brings this to organizations through different services she provides to individuals and groups. She works with Government officials, Fortune 100 executives, high potential senior professionals, and their teams. She partners with clients by identifying their unique strengths and potentials and crafts coaching solutions aligned with organization’s specific context and challenges.
She has worked globally with more than 50 nationalities and has the capability of professionally working in English, French and Persian (Farsi).
Fatima is Certified professional Co-Active coach (CPCC) and the graduate of the Co-Active Leadership program by Co-Active Training Institute, Master Certified Coach (MCC) by ICF, Certified in Systemic Team coaching by AoEC, and a Licensed Business Practitioner of NLP by Richard Bandler.
She is certified with Hogan assessment systems (HPI, HDS and MVPI) as well as Leadership Circle (a 360 feedback report). She holds a bachelor degree in business administration from Chamber of commerce in Paris, France.
Prior to becoming a coach, Fatima has more than 18 years of experience in multinational corporations where she held senior roles leading teams in driving strategy and organizational growth.
Based in Dubai, U.A.E., Fatima is a world traveler and lifelong student of ancient wisdom. She champions mindfulness and human-centered leadership as pathways to balance in today’s organizations. Beyond her executive work, she is deeply committed to mentoring young professionals, guiding them in their career journeys and personal growth.
Beyond her work, Fatima is deeply connected to nature and cherishes long walks, reading, cycling, and time with loved ones. Her adventurous spirit often takes her to the skies — paragliding, skydiving, or exploring new landscapes through hiking.
