My professional journey has woven through diverse landscapes including human services, healthcare, and creating three successful businesses. In my coaching practice, I work at the emerging intersection of coaching, leadership and healing. My own leadership experiences in healthcare and as an entrepreneur have taught me that effective leadership is not about wielding power but about empowering others to transform into the best versions of themselves. I specialize in working with those interested in healing by releasing deep seeded emotional blocks and old limiting beliefs to become the best version of themselves for those they lead, serve, and partner with. My clients tend to be executives, emerging leaders, couples, and teams seeking more connected and fulfilling professional and personal relationships. I also work with coaches in certification and beyond looking to expand their impact by healing themselves first so that their businesses can grow and thrive. I believe that all sustainable personal and professional transformation happens through an emotional experience. Such transformation blossoms when we trust our intuition and see ourselves as humans that grow rather than as problems to be solved. One of the great joys in my life is working with my wife Erin coaching couples and teams and supporting her in course design and delivery of the Coaching for Grief and loss trainings we offer.
