Jing YE is a seasoned leadership and systems coach with over 30 years of cross-cultural expertise. Her journey—from East to West and back to her roots—has cultivated a profound understanding of human potential, career evolution, and relational dynamics.
Jing holds multiple roles at the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), she is a Front-of-Room Leader, Certification Program Leader, Supervisor, and Examiner. She has also contributed as the technical reviewer for the Chinese edition of Co-Active Coaching and co-translator of Co-Active Leadership.
For the last 19 years, Jing’s coaching practice has focused on two key areas:
• Individual Breakthroughs: Coaching thousands of clients across cultures and life stages through career and life transitions.
• Organizational Resilience: Partnering with hundreds of organizations to unlock creativity and productivity during transformative change, fostering leadership and team effectiveness.
Jing is an advocate for Sustainability & Holistic Practices. As a trusted advisor to nonprofits, Jing champions sustainability and social innovation. She co-led the Chinese translation of Active Hope and Coming Back to Life and leads a community dedicated to Teal Organization principles. She is also deeply involved in projects supporting rural development and education in China.
As a practitioner and student of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Jing incorporates its holistic philosophy of “preventing illness before it arises” (治未病) into her coaching. By aligning mind-body-energy, she helps clients build sustainable balance in high-pressure environments.
