I’m a leadership facilitator, coach, and trainer, helping people step out of autopilot and into more intentional ways of leading. Whether I’m working with executives, teams, or certification students, my focus is on sharpening awareness, deepening impact, and making leadership real in the moments that matter. At the Co-Active Training Institute, I guide others in bringing coaching beyond theory and into practice, where it has the power to shift how they lead and live.

My work is shaped by years of coaching leaders who are driven to do meaningful work but sometimes get caught in the noise. I hold certifications in Co-Active coaching and emotional intelligence and am trained in organizational relationship systems coaching—approaches that help untangle patterns, challenge perspectives, and create lasting change.

I’m also the creator of PragMagic® Living, a blend of art and science for turning vision into reality—not through wishful thinking, but through the right mindset, tools, and actions.

Outside of work, I find clarity in movement—on mountain trails, in deep conversations, and in the kind of challenges that ask something more of me.
