Lottie is a Partner and Co-Founder of Blue Bridge Talent Center in Mexico and a Faculty member for the Co-Active Training Institute. She holds a BA in Biochemical Engineering and an MBA. Certified as a CPCC by the Co-Active Training Institute, she is also credentialed as a PCC by the ICF, and trained in The Leadership Circle Profile, Positive Intelligence, MBTI, and Organizational & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), among others.

She began her career in international consulting with Arthur D. Little, where she developed a global perspective on business and organizational challenges. Later, she dedicated more than a decade to social impact, serving as a board member and leader in non-profits. Since 2013, she has devoted herself to leadership development, executive coaching, and team coaching, facilitating conscious transformation in executives and leadership teams.

Lottie has coached and trained leaders and teams at Fortune Global 500 companies, leading universities, and non-profits across the United States, Latin America, and globally. With more than 2,700 hours of executive coaching, people describe her style as warm, inviting, and gently challenging – a mix of clarity, empathy, and courage to shake up the status quo. She offers leadership programs and coaching in both English and Spanish, always combining a systemic perspective with a deep belief in human potential.
