Milan is a coach, facilitator, and business leader who believes the world needs more empowered humans—leaders who dare to lead with heart, courage, and playfulness. As Front-of-the-Room Leader at the Co-Active Training Institute, he co-creates transformative learning experiences that see people step boldly into their purpose in life.

With a double M.Sc. in Business Management from ESCP Europe and Universidad Carlos III, Milan built a high-performing sales team as Asia Pacific Head of Sales at BASF before shifting his focus to leadership development. Now, as Founder & CEO of La Tierra, he and his team design and deliver leadership programs that have reached 5,000+ people globally. He also runs a leadership retreat center in Chiang Mai, creating immersive learning experiences in nature. As a Mastery Faculty partner at Google, he facilitates programs on sales, coaching, leadership, and communication, equipping professionals with the skills to drive meaningful impact.

Milan has lived in nine countries, speaks four languages (with Thai in progress), and calls Chiang Mai, Thailand home.

But his greatest and most rewarding challenge? Raising three young leaders alongside his wife, Pim—a powerhouse business leader, coach, and fellow Co-Active Faculty member. While she thrives in her corporate career, Milan takes the lead as the primary caretaker of their sons, embracing the daily adventure of presence, patience, play, and the occasional parental meltdowns.

His greatest coaches? His family, who challenge him every day to grow into the man, father, and husband he is called to be.
