Nathalie (Naty) is a Co-Active Training Institute member of faculty, leadership coach and facilitator, with over 30 years of experience varying from finance and operations in corporate settings to managing economic development programs in post-conflict zones and directing a non-profit for asylum seekers. From her experience in a variety of settings as a manager and director, Nathalie knows from the inside the challenges facing people in positions of leadership and how valuable the work with a leadership coach can be.

Nathalie is passionate about coaching people from every walk of life to develop their full and authentic leadership. She has coached clients from executive and middle managers in large international organisations wanting to develop their leadership inside and outside their organisations, to individuals early or in the middle of their lives wanting to develop their leadership in their businesses, their careers, their lives or their communities, as well as coaches in various stages of their professional development.

Nathalie has ample experience in Change, having lived in 12 countries for periods ranging from 3 months to 20 years and worked in a wide range of organisations from corporate to international to national non-profit.
