Pat is a leader, a coach, and a warrior of the heart. He leads seminars and workshops throughout the world, training people to be effective leaders, better coaches, and agents of transformation. In 1999 he founded Power House Coaching, and soon after Dolphin Leadership Inc., a coaching and leadership training company that working with teams who aren’t working together and leaders wanting to play a bigger game. For the better part of his life, Pat has maintained a strong connection to the natural world. Over much of the last two decades Pat has been studying an earth based aboriginal system called the “Beauty Way” and “The Delicate Lodge Teachings” He weaves this wisdom, along with his 25 years experience as an executive coach and leadership trainer into all of his endeavors. The idea of sacred play, and sacred work is hugely important to his life, and working with Pat all but guarantees there will be as much deep laughter as there will be deep learning.
