Pim is a business leader, facilitator, public speaker and coach who thrives on unlocking the full potential of leaders and teams. As a Front of the Room Leader at the Co-Active Training Institute, she creates transformative learning experiences that spark lasting impact.

With an MBA from HKUST and Columbia Business School, Pim brings over 20+ years of experience leading in organizations across technology, marketing, finance, and sales. She currently leads a high-performing team as Head of APAC Mastery Faculty (L&D arm at Google), setting the global standard for facilitation and leadership development. Previously, she was Head of Sales for Google’s Customer Solutions in Thailand, driving business growth by growing her people.

Pim specializes in leadership development, coaching, and facilitation. Her coaching style blends professionalism with playfulness, making growth both meaningful and energizing.

Having lived on four continents, Pim speaks English, Thai, and some Portuguese. Beyond work, she’s a scuba diver instructor, a passionate advocate for inclusive leadership, and—most importantly—a proud mom of three boys. While she thrives in the corporate world, her most rewarding challenge is balancing a full-time fulfilling career with being a present and engaged parent, alongside her husband, Milan.
