Dr. Steve Jeffs is a multi-award-winning Master Coach with over 20 years of international coaching experience. As a faculty member with the Co-Active Training Institute, he has trained, mentored, and supervised coaches globally, shaping the next generation of coaching professionals.

He holds a doctorate in leadership and is a business psychologist who has deep expertise in organisational coaching, business transformation, and executive development.

Throughout his career, Steve has supported leaders across Fortune 500 companies, government organisations, and global coaching communities. He is also the founder of several successful coaching and SaaS businesses, with a passion for scaling impactful leadership solutions. His work includes developing practical coaching tools that help coaches and leaders facilitate transformation in themselves and others.

His specialisations include strengths-based coaching, assessment and development centres, coach supervision, and values-driven leadership. He is passionate about helping coaches and executives embrace their dual role as both Coach and CEO.

Outside of work, Steve has lived internationally for over 20 years, enjoys exploring new cultures, and is an avid SCUBA Diver—always seeking the next great dive site to explore beneath the surface.
