I have been coaching for nearly 25 years. I received my CPCC in 2003 and earned my MCC accreditation from the ICF in 2022. My focus is mainly Executive and Leadership coaching, and I also love working with people who are in training to become coaches, as well as fledgling entrepreneurs. I worked full-time for Co-Active Training Institute from 2018- 2024 as a Trackholder for our Certification program and a member of the Faculty Development team, supporting our fabulous faculty. My current work with Co-Active includes leading all of our core curriculum courses, training new leaders in those courses, as well as holding all roles in our Certification program – Individual and Group Supervisor, CPL, and Examiner.
I have a BS in Journalism, from the University of Maryland. In coaching, in addition to being a CPCC and MCC, I also hold the designation of ORSCC, in Relationship Systems coaching, from CRR Global. I have also completed a Health Coaching program, some training in NVC (Non-Violent Communication), and the Enneagram.
I’ve worked with leaders in many different organizations – including LinkedIn, Google, Lulu Lemon and AARP. I have also lived in the middle east (in Israel) and have worked with many individuals and organizations in that area of the world as well.
I work with mostly mid-level leaders in organizations, as well as new entrepreneurs. I also work with people learning to become coaches. I especially love supporting women in relatively new leadership roles. A passion for for many years is supporting women balancing career and family. I have done leadership coaching in the government as well. I have also done some team coaching in small organizations as well as partnership coaching for business and life partners.
I am an avid yogi, and also an avid traveler – having been to nearly 50 countries so far!
