Zeena is an educator, coach, and leader passionate about fostering emotional intelligence, resilience, and authentic connection. With over 20 years in education, she is the Founder and Managing Director of an award winning early childhood center in Dubai, where she pioneered trauma-informed care and holistic well-being practices within the UAE’s early years sector.

During the pandemic, Zeena discovered and fell in love with the power of Co-Active coaching, a journey that transformed her own life and ignited her mission to help others step into their full potential. Today, she is a certified Co-Active Coach who blends traditional coaching with the profound wisdom of her own herd of horses on her farm, offering horse-guided experiences that bring clients closer to nature, themselves, and each other. Her work often weaves in somatic practices as well as outdoor adventures, creating safe, expansive spaces for deep personal growth, empathy, and self-discovery.

Deeply committed to the art and impact of coaching, Zeena is proud to be a CTI Front of Room Leader, guiding and inspiring the next generation of Co-Active coaches, helping them step fully into their potential as catalysts for change.
