Aliucha is a multilingual leadership and executive coach with leadership experience as a global Marketing Executive in CPG Fortune 100 companies. She coaches in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French, bringing a breadth of domestic and international client service experience. She believes that a leaders' mindset creates their leadership possibilities. Through coaching, she works with Clients to expand their mindsets so they can themselves expand their own possibilities. Finally, she is a multi-cultural person who has lived in Europe, North and South America, and has visited countries in 6 continents. She loves to work with multi-cultural Clients and experience different cultures.
