Anne-Marie is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), (CPCC, ORSC-C) and works globally as a senior leadership and systemic coach. She supports executives and leadership teams to lead with intention, build strong relationships and navigate complexity. She particularly enjoys working with leaders wanting to develop an agile mindset and cultivate a state of inner coherence allowing them to co-create with what is emerging. She has a spacious, embodied, grounding presence. During her 30 years of professional experience, she held positions such as communications consultant and project manager responsible for pan-European projects and multi-cultural teams. She has a dual French and Portuguese nationality and is based in Brussels Belgium. She coaches in English, French, Portuguese and Spanish. The practice of Qi-Gong and Heart-Brain Coherence helps her stay grounded in the midst of disruption.
