As a coach, Ariane focuses on mission-driven leaders - in a non-profit, with a personal sense of mission to transform their company, or bringing a sense of a greater purpose beyond themselves. Clients compare working with her to swinging from the monkey bars: just the right degree of challenge, new ways of looking at your situation, and a rubber mat of compassion creating safety beneath. She brings particular focus to the heart and the body, to harness the wisdom many people have learned to ignore. As a trainer, Ariane makes liberal use of her wacky sense of humor and her belief in the importance of a supportive community. Ariane speaks formerly-fluent French, loves to garden and bicycle, and lives and grows in a cohousing community in Cambridge, MA.
