Arzum (MCC, CPCC, ORSCC) is passionate about conscious, intentional leadership and relationships, and believes that this has the power to change the world. To fulfill this dream, she works as a leadership and relationship systems coach and facilitator. Her clients ranging from a multitude of industries in Pakistan, Azerbaijan, France, England, etc... to European Parliament, describe her as an authentic leader bringing a good balance of feminine and masculine leadership energies. She developed a civil movement called “courageous conversations” that she leads to support peace in her land. A business owner since 2003, she is an entrepreneur in the coaching sector, has a degree in Economics, and speaks English and French besides her native language Turkish. Arzum lives in Istanbul, with her family of 5, which 2 of them are the beloved dogs of the family. She likes to dance, ski, sail, spend time in the forest and practice Yoga.
