CPCC, MA, MCCBelen takes life very seriously in an easy and uncomplicated way. She is focused on leadership transformations through self-awareness using coaching, yoga (she teaches) and humor as her main tools. She brings more than 18 years of work experience in international companies in America, Europe, Africa and the Middle East and she is thirsty for adventure and learning wherever she goes. Her career as Coach and Facilitator started at The Boston Consulting Group fifteen years ago, where, based in Zurich, she was Career Services Manager for EMEA. Belen is the mum of three. Family is one of her top values and where she strives to be Co-Active everyday.
