Brian has been an integral member of CTI’s management team for over 8 years. He’s a firm believer that no matter what role we play, relationship is what makes us successful.

Brian has been an integral member of CTI’s management team for over eight years, holding a range of leadership roles within the organization. Prior to joining CTI, Brian worked in e-commerce, banking, software, and construction. Founding and managing his own business and serving as a senior executive for two other organizations, he began to long for a different way to “do” business. Brian is a firm believer that—whether you are an entrepreneur, an executive, or a great parent—relationship is what makes us successful. Brian currently leads team development workshops, the Co-Active Leadership Program, and CTI itself with the foundational principles that all people are leaders on a journey of self-discovery and that the biggest obstacle in that journey is ourselves. Relationship, strategy, execution, and the ability to understand interdependencies are the foundation of his track record of success in businesses.
