For 20 years I worked for Shell obsessing about how to give customers the best experience. I worked across many cultures and business areas, always coaching and developing teams. By 2018, I came to understand that the part of my work that thrilled me was developing people. This is what I got up for every single day. And so I chose to pursue a second career in this area. I came to Co-Active in 2018 and by February 2019 gained my CPCC certification and joined faculty. I have a passion for coaching leaders to have an impact that nourishes and grows people in their organisations. ?I now live in Malaysia where the sun always shines and where an outdoor pool is not a luxury!
