Cindy came to Co-Active Coaching in 2009 because she got stuck. She noticed that people and organizations craved for more awareness, authenticity, creativity, connection, positivity, meaning, accountability and sustainability like her. She wanted to get unstuck and empower others to achieve true change. CTI reignited the flame and now Cindy likes to give back, and inspire others to own their (w)holistic selves and impact. She holds a MSc in Business Strategy, Leadership and Change with Heriot-Watt University. Prior to becoming a coach, she worked in Hospitality, Financial Services, Sports and Semi-Government. As a coach and facilitator, she creates a space for people and organizations to explore, action, reflect, grow, and shine. She resides in Dubai and she relishes love, light, awareness, joy, diversity, inclusion, wholeness, taking ownership and coming from a place of oneness.
