César’s professional passion has always been to awaken in people the desire to search within and develop in ways that lead them to fulfill their potential. After a successful career in Management, Operations and Sales/Marketing in Mexico and as an entrepreneur in France, he switched his professional focus towards Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, and Team Coaching in multinational corporations. Having done this in over 30 different countries, César is a true global citizen that understands and embraces multi-cultural environments. He facilitates and coaches in English, Spanish, French and Italian.
