CPCC, MBA, PCCClark is the founder of a coaching boutique supporting leaders from China and other parts of the world to achieve healthy results. He specializes in working with mission-driven clients on executive leadership, career development, employee engagement and other intriguing challenges. He has dedicated all his professional life and career to leadership development in the business context, particularly in financial industry with his expertise in talent assessment, employee engagement and performance improvement initiatives. He held executive positions in learning & talent development with multinational companies before becoming full-time coach and faculty. He lives in Shanghai with his wife and daughter.
