As an executive leader since 2000, her experience spans across marketing disciplines, including brand-building, demand-generation, and social media, as well as influencer and experiential campaigns. She recently was named a “Top 200 Global Marketing Influencer” and “Top 20 Agency Strategy Global Influencer” by Onalytica, a U.K.-based influencer marketing firm.
Courtney is proud to be one of the only 3% of female creative directors in the United States. An accomplished creative strategist, storyteller, writer, and designer, she has earned hundreds of creative awards, including being featured in the Print International Design Annual. She has served as a juror for the ADDY Awards, W3 Awards, Davey Awards, and the National Student Advertising Competition (NSAC) and as a board member for the American Advertising Federation (AAF) and World Brand Congress. She is an invited member of the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts (AIVA).
A true “Eccentric” type, she is a stand for playful wisdom and has a wicked sense of humor. An avid writer, Courtney is a Forbes contributor, and her first book, “21 Reasons Creativity Is Like Sex,” launched at #1 in Business Humor on Amazon in the Fall 2016.
