Em House

Faculty, MSW, MEd, CPCC, PCC

Rooted in ethics of social justice and identity affirmation, Em is a passionate advocate for people’s growth and resilience. Em started to help people find their paths through the wilderness, literally, during their 20s as an outdoor leader. Since then, serving as a director of grassroots political campaigns, a sexologist, a doula, and a reproductive health worker, Em deepened their commitment to change-making through radical self-acceptance, courageous vision, and intersectional collective action. Today, Em works as a faculty member for CTI’s Coach Training and Leadership programs, as well as a Co-Active coach and a therapist for Philadelphia’s LGBTQ+ communities.
