An early adopter and a pioneer of coaching, she brought professional coaching to the Middle East by establishing The Coaches Training Institute in Dubai in 2005. In addition to coaching executives and business leaders including founders and entrepreneurs she coaches and advises government leaders about coaching and how to create sustainable change. She has been coaching since 2004 and CTI Faculty since 2007. Gönan is also the creator of Parentology and Trust, workshops co-created with Henry Kimsey-House that have been delivered in more than 30 countries. With a long career in finance and investment she has both navigated complex corporate structures and managed high-performance teams. Gönan is also an investor, board member and co-founder of a technology start-up. With the Co-Active Training Institute in Dubai and Arabic-speaking countries, she runs the region’s leading coach-training institute.
