Hideki is a self-described idiot who loves to activate the idiotic part of people to make difference in their world. He values fun, joy, smile and action for results. Love and power are the source of his energy to activate people. Hideki is a faculty of CTI’s Co-Active Leadership Program and also works with teams and individuals on culture change initiatives. Previously, Hideki was engaged in organizational leadership development at multi-national corporations for 15+ years. His first career was a sales rep for oil & gas projects in Egypt and Turkey. Hideki lives in Tokyo with his wife and a son and loves the performing arts.
