Jitka has 20 years of corporate and entrepreneurial leadership experience, and has worked in Europe, Asia-Pacific and the USA. Educated in the field of mathematics, she discovered the power of coaching whilst working at a multinational technology company. This glimpse into the wisdom of the body and the heart, in addition to the mind, defined her purpose: creating a wild and roaring river of positive change. As a coach, facilitator and consultant, Jitka works with corporate leaders, business owners, coaches and humanitarians. She is passionate about connecting individuals and teams to their natural creativity, strengths, and resourcefulness, so they can navigate their ever changing environment with purpose and clarity, deliver meaningful results, and build strong relationships. Jitka has co-founded United World Coaches, an organization providing pro-bono coaching to humanitarian workers. Jitka and her lovely daughter live in Belgium and are both fluent in English, Dutch and Czech.
