Joanna is an executive coach and leadership consultant with a passion for helping leaders and organizations thrive in an increasingly complex world.   She has over 25 years of experience working in the educational publishing industry, growing and developing high functioning teams. She believes deeply in the power of leading from the heart and finding your authentic voice.  In 2016, she discovered the Co-Active Training Institute and discovered her calling as a coach. Her mission in life is to inspire, champion, and call others forth to reach their full potential, as leaders and as human beings. When she isn’t coaching, Joanna loves to spend time with her family which includes her husband and business partner, her 2 fully grown kids, and her dog. She love cooking for friends, travelling the world, yoga, and any kind of outdoor activity.
