CPCC, PCC, Ph.D.

Mary is an Executive and Leadership Development Coach working with clients from across the globe, creating transformative change—at work, in relationships, and in life. She specializes in working with CHANGEMAKERS in leadership who create a productive and supportive culture in the workplace. Even though she takes her work seriously, she has a knack for making coaching and learning inspiring and fun. Mary has been teaching coaching skills in public and corporate settings for CTI since 1997. For fun, Mary does yoga, takes morning walks, cross-country skis, and travels with her family. Best trip so far? An epic road trip visiting Chicago, Toronto, Niagara Falls, Boston, New York City and Hayward, WI! Mary & her husband are busy feathering their empty nest in a suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. FOR THOSE WHO LIKE DETAILS: Mary received her Ph.D. from the University at Albany, State University of New York. Mary is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC, 1997) from the Co-Active Training Institute, a Professional Credentialed Coach (PCC, 1999) from the International Coach Federation and a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach (CPQC, 2021).
