Michelle Maloy Dillon CPCC, PCC (she/her) Michelle’s open curiosity and playfulness creates an environment of creativity when exploring big changes. She is an experienced artist, entrepreneur and certified professional Co-Active coach who specializes in leadership development. Michelle empowers people to fully be themselves, own their strengths and stretch themselves as leaders in the world. Michelle combines her coaching and leadership development work with over twenty years experience as a business owner and award-winning professional photographer where she witnessed many examples of leaders who were unaware of their impact. She has stepped out from behind the camera to grow leaders who want to be conscious of the world they are creating. Leaders frequently describe Michelle as someone who helps them recognize and celebrate their strengths, increasing their leadership effectiveness in a grounded and authentic way. She has worked with individuals and teams in nonprofit and private sector organizations around the world.
