Building a high performing team as Asia Pacific Head of Sales, Milan is convinced that at the core of any success are empowered people. As a fun-loving coach and facilitator, he brings the joy of a warm campfire to his clients. He is most fulfilled when empowering people to co-create positive change globally. Milan speaks five languages, lived in nine countries on three continents and considers Chiang Mai, Thailand his home in Asia. When he is not enjoying delicious Thai dishes, Milan is out exploring the world together with his wife and two sons.
