Nathalie (Nati) Rubin

Passionate about life and living it to the fullest. It wasn’t always this way and after years of looking for my fulfilment in the wrong places (for me), finding Co-Active Leadership and Coaching helped me become the best version of myself, including the imperfections. As I approach my 60s, I am living the adventure, expanding, learning and growing along the way. Lived in 11 countries, oh, wait, now with Portugal that’s 12 already! When I am not coaching or teaching, I am learning about permaculture, dancing or practising yoga.

Many years of work in management positions (both corporate and humanitarian) gave me a foundation and compassion to support leaders in developing their own authentic leadership. As per the Co-Active approach, everyone is a leader. Everyone has an impact, so might as well be intentional and have a positive impact on ourselves and on the world.
