CPCC, MCC, ORSCCÖzlem is an executive and relationship systems coach, facilitator. Her clients in various industries are mainly from Turkey, Europe and Middle East. She designs and leads transformational team and leadership development programs to improve the capacity, culture and effectiveness of leaders, teams and organizations. She spent most of her corporate career at C-Level positions for multinational financial institutions. She left her banking career with the motivation of sharing her broad corporate experience with others and helping people in their career paths.
