CPCC, MHS, ORSC, PCC, PhD“Conscious leadership” is the vision that guides Pam’s work as a coach and facilitator. Her aim is to shape the impact we all have as leaders by opening hearts and shifting mindsets and behaviors to create more awareness, acceptance and love within individuals, relationships, teams and organizations. Pam’s academic background in Psychology and Behavior Change combines with her infectious warmth and enthusiasm to quickly create an atmosphere of safety and connection as the foundation for transformative development. Native to California, Pam is co-actively raising her two teen sons together with her husband in Germany.
