Action. Results”. Her background includes working with C-Suite executives, vice presidents, senior managers, directors, and emerging leaders of Fortune100/500 and midsize companies. With an MBA in Health Services Administration, years of senior level leadership experience, and as a successful business owner, Pam has a solid foundation to assist her clients attain maximum effectiveness. Pam’s business leadership background includes administration of multifunctional freestanding medical clinics. She also has experience integrating new business units into existing organizations as well as leading change, restructuring and culture initiatives within organizations. Pam provides coaching, facilitation, and training face to face or virtually in the following areas: 1:1 Executive Coaching, Positive Intelligence 1:1 Coaching and Pod Facilitation, Mastermind Leader, and Group Coaching.
