Pat is a coach, a leadership trainer, and an experiential & contextual workshop designer. He leads seminars and workshops throughout the world, training people to be effective coaches, better leaders, and agents of transformation. As a senior faculty member for more than 20 years, Pat brings a deep knowledge to those eager to learn new approaches to leadership, coaching, and coaching certification. Pat has held management positions in several industries, including: outdoor sporting, natural medicine, leisure, and film. Pat maintains a strong connection to the natural world. As a student and Elder of a wisdom tradition known as the The Beauty Way. He weaves this wisdom into all his endeavors, including outdoor experiential trainings and vision quests The idea of play and sacred play is hugely important to his life, so working with Pat all but guarantees there will be as much deep laughter as there will be deep learning.
