Pilar's curiosity about how things work led her to study Engineering and work in this field in an international organization for more than 14 years. That same curiosity led her to inquire about how people work and how we are able of activating our potential and our consciousness to live a fulfill life by consciously choosing and even connecting with our spiritual awakening. Today she works as a coach (Life, Executive and Teams), accompanying people and organizations in the activation of that awareness, in the development of their leadership and communication through her company (Empresas con Alma – Companies with Soul). She is currently MCC by ICF and has complemented her training as a Co-Active Coach with Systemic Coaching, Deep Coaching, spiritual awakening through different traditions, among many others disciplines. Her coaching style is characterized by challenging and believing in her clients and in their ability to dream, to increase awareness by choosing who they want to be, how they want to live their lives and the impact they want to create. She is passionate, authentic and enjoys sharing and learning with others.
