Simone is passionate about unlocking conversations that generate insight and impact, and enabling organisations and communities to achieve healthier states, with greater inclusivity and participation. She works as a leadership coach, HR/OD consultant and facilitator of experiential learning, to build competency in conscientious personal and team leadership among executives, senior management, people managers and leadership teams, in both the private and the not-for-profit sectors. Simone has over 20 years’ experience in international HR Leadership roles, spanning multiple contexts and structures and combines a human-centered, collaborative approach with a focus on the areas of leadership, resilience, human development, emotional intelligence, innovation, and systems thinking.
