Sonal is an executive coach and workshop facilitator known for her wild curiosity, ability to connect quickly with people, and playful style. She began her career in healthcare two decades ago as a retail pharmacist and also holds an MBA. Sonal leverages over a decade of experience in the pharmaceutical industry at several global companies including Eli Lilly, AstraZeneca, and Bayer. She has hands-on experience in sales, marketing, Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt), and strategy development. An entrepreneur at heart, Sonal left the corporate world in 2016 to embark upon a career as an Executive/Leadership Development Coach and Facilitator. Her clients value the combination of her easy-going and direct approach. In her spare time, Sonal can be found travelling the world, playing guitar, and singing at jazz jams in Toronto.
