Susan is an executive leadership coach and motivational speaker. She builds trust with her clients through her dynamic coaching style and commitment to uncovering and celebrating individual strengths. Drawing from personal experience, Susan believes that all obstacles can be transformed into opportunities. After her husband was killed on 9/11, Susan co-founded Beyond the 11th, a non-profit dedicated to empowering Afghan widows. In 2010, President Obama awarded Susan with the Presidential Citizens Medal. She delivered a TEDx Talk in 2019 on the power of choice, and is the subject of the award-winning documentary, Beyond Belief. Susan is a mother of four humans and two dogs, a podcast junkie, and a person who is passionate about setting and achieving big goals, from marathons and a half-Ironman to climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro.
