Tina-Marie brings over two decades of professional experience and advanced level training to her coaching. She stepped into her first Co-Active training course in 2005. As a newly single mother to four (now-adult) children and being no stranger to chaos, she was thrilled to have found Co-Active. It was the ultimate resource and offered great support for raising their version of a modern family, which could include a better relationship with their father. Having grown up in two family businesses, she started to see where healthy relationships provided happier environments and more productive teams. She believes that ‘Great Relationships Change Everything’ and works with a variety of clients, from youth & their families, to educators, and small businesses. She’s passionate about supporting individuals, as well as groups of people, with their communication and guides them to see each other, among other things, as naturally creative, resourceful, and whole.
