Ursula Glunk

CPCC, PCC, Ph.D.

Ursula Glunk Faculty, PhD, CPCC, PCC With a background in Psychology (MSc, Mannheim University, D) and Organization Studies (PhD, Tilburg University, NL), Ursula has been working as a coach, facilitator, and leadership developer since 2005. In 2009, she became part of CTI’s faculty as a coach trainer (Front of the Room Leader) and more recently as a supervisor for co-active coaches in the certification program. Ursula has more than 30 years of experience in academia, for instance as Assistant and Associate Professor at Maastricht University’s School of Business and Economics and as Academic Director at University College Freiburg. In 2022, she decided to create more spaciousness in her life and left her university position. Her coaching practice focusses on coaches-in-training, leadership development and people in transition who long to live more wholeheartedly. She enjoys co-creating spaces of deep learning and possibility. Based in the city of Freiburg, in the south-west of Germany, she loves to work internationally and coaches in German, English, and Dutch.
