CTI is honored to welcome three additions to our Board of Directors. Each is deeply committed to our goals around legacy, strategy, and equity. Their collective expertise provides invaluable lived and learned experience that will ensure, at a governance level, we support these contexts of leadership and CTI’s growth as an ESOP.

Join us in welcoming these talented and passionate leaders to CTI:

Stacy Parson
CPCC, MBA

Stacy is an individual, team, and organizational effectiveness professional who partners with business stakeholders to design and deliver programs that help them develop the competencies and effectiveness to achieve next level results. She is an expert in helping people transform limiting beliefs into breakthrough beliefs in order to have a greater impact on their work and in the world. Stacy is a partner with the Dignitas Agency, a leadership development organization that specializes in building the capacity of leaders and organizations to leverage leadership and strategy to create high-performance, equity-centered cultures.

Stacy coaches and consults with senior and C-level executives in Fortune 50 companies, boards that are committed to equity and inclusion, start-up and emerging teams with big aspirations, and tech leaders who are determined to change the world. She is known for facilitating compelling visions, inspiring others to action, building the capacity to reduce friction and more effectively navigate challenging circumstances, and strengthening platforms for delivering results. In previous career stops, Stacy worked for Deloitte consulting and Yahoo before turning to consultancy as an expression of her purpose.

Stacy was a part of the Stanford University women’s basketball 1990 NCAA champion team and is a 2nd-degree black belt in Taekwondo, a student of Tarot, and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. As a result, Stacy draws on a wide array of life experiences from which to coach and support leaders and organizations. Stacy is based in the California Bay area, where she lives with her partner and two teenage children.

Jayne McQuillan
CPA, CEPA, MBA

Jayne founded Journey Consulting in 2007, combining her passion for business with her passion for people to comprehensively serve the needs of family-owned and privately held businesses. Her passion for business has roots in her extensive experience — first at Price Waterhouse in Milwaukee and later in executive roles with several family-owned and privately held businesses. Those experiences gave her incredible perspective on the needs and challenges business owners face in an increasingly competitive and uncertain environment. They also taught her how to be successful despite challenging external conditions. Jayne has worked in and with several employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) companies over her career, helping the leadership of ESOP companies effectively create value in their culture and business results.

She has expertise in strategic planning, organizational development, budgeting and business planning, succession and transition planning, and leadership development. With over 30 years of experience, she knows how to work with organizations to transform their business models, create efficiencies, solve systemic issues, and develop their leadership for increased growth and profitability.

Jayne is committed to the community, serving on several boards, and actively supporting several community programs. She and her husband, Dan, are the proud parents of three adult children. In her spare time, she enjoys running, swimming, and spending time with family at their cabin in northern Wisconsin.

Cor Vink

Cor has spent most of his career serving as CEO in B2B/B2E (employee), B2C, and online education companies located all around the world. He has worked and/or lived in the Netherlands, the UK, Australia, Singapore, and the United States. For most of his career, Cor has worked in family-owned or employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) companies and has personally experienced how effective these structures can be in generating employee and commercial success. During one of his roles as CEO, he and his team took on a regional partnership with CTI and successfully rolled out Co-Active programs across many countries in Europe and in China. In this role, he also took on the license for the Leadership Circle Profile assessment and holds a deep appreciation for the synergies between the two bodies of work as a past Co-Active regional partner and a certified Leadership Circle Profile practitioner.

Cor is a market-driven, team-oriented leader who has led many organizations to deliver on strategies that balance product quality with first-rate customer service and innovation/R&D. This track record, coupled with personal experiences leading companies and teams through robust change management exercises across global operations, has ultimately led him to his current expression of purpose and service. Cor now works with C-suite leaders and serves as a coach and advisor to national and international educational organizations, assessment bureaus, and science publishers.

His passion is to develop leaders in the fields of leadership and education to ensure the future of the planet and our people remains bright. This passion also translates into Cor being an active advocate and leader in the NGO sector. In this space, he serves as a supervisory board member to Aflatoun International, an NGO offering social and financial education to children and young people worldwide, and he is the founder of EDU-DEX, a foundation he launched in 2014 to create a daily, transparent data exchange between education providers and their clients.

Cor lives both in the Netherlands and Germany with his partner Hannelore, who is an experienced Co-Active coach, and is the proud father of two adult sons. In his spare time, he likes to hike, travel, and spend as much time as he can with his family. Cor’s guilty pleasure is sharing meals at Michelin restaurants with friends and family.
