Co-Active Fundamentals is the introduction to the Co-Active Model and the first course in the Co-Active Coach Training series. This course provides hands-on training to let you experience the powerful coaching skills and communication techniques of Co-Active coaching. With a focus on experiential participation, you have numerous opportunities to coach and receive feedback on your newly acquired skills.
There is no prerequisite for participation in this course. It can be taken stand-alone and is recommend to anyone interested in using coaching skills in their current profession, or seeking practical systems for managing relationships with others, even if your goal is not to become a professional coach.
Participants are introduced to the Co-Active Model, with a focus on experiential learning rather than traditional lectures or slides. You will have numerous opportunities to practice coaching and receive feedback on your newly acquired skills.
