This course provides the foundation for coaching and leadership, with hands-on training and a focus on experiential participation. There is no prerequisite to participate in this course. It can be taken stand-alone and is recommend to anyone seeking practical systems for managing relationships with others, or interested in using coaching skills in their current profession, even if your goal is not to become a professional coach.
