Co-Active Professional Coach Training

This package progresses to Step 2 of the Co-Active Professional Training Core Curriculum. You will build on Step 1, the foundation of Fundamentals of Co-Active Coaching, begin developing the core principles of coaching, and integrate all of the learning.

  • Principles | Build a framework for coaching through the core principles of Fulfillment, Balance, and Process. This deeper level of training offers expansive development of coaching principles, at both a personal and professional level.
  • Integration | The training closes with Co-Active Synergy and synthesizes the learning into one of the most powerful and in-demand leadership skills: Co-Active coaching.

This program will prepare you to coach anyone, on any topic, with confidence—supported by the Co-Active Model: the most flexible and proven model in the coaching world.

You will also be prepared for Step 3: Professional Coach Certification, where your path to coaching mastery will culminate with the prestigious designation of Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC).
