The Fundamentals course introduces learners to the core principles and techniques of Co-Active coaching. It’s designed as the first step for people who want to become professional coaches, or for those who want to learn enough about Co-Active coaching to start applying it as coaching leaders. It’s a hands-on, experiential learning program that provides ample opportunity for practice and personalized feedback. This course gives leaders a solid foundation of Co-Active coaching skills that they can start using immediately to grow the potential of others.
